Job summary

Arcis Golf is seeking friendly, dependable team members to support Bear Creek Golf Club events in Dallas, TX. You will help with banquets, tournaments, and private events, performing food and beverage service, setup, and breakdown.

Ideal candidates bring a customer-service mindset, teamwork, and flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays. Training on food safety and responsible alcohol service may be provided.

Qualifications

• Customer service or banquet/restaurant experience is a plus.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and move around event spaces.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, assist with seating, and provide attentive service during events.
• Set up tables, chairs, linens, place settings, buffets, and service stations as required.
• Serve food and beverages, replenish buffets and bar areas, and keep guest spaces clean.
• Clear tables promptly and communicate special requests to the event manager.
• Assist bartenders with stocking beverages and keeping bar areas clean.
• Coordinate with kitchen and event team to stay on schedule.
• Assist with event breakdown and return equipment to storage areas.
• Follow food safety and responsible alcohol service procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of pavilions and banquet spaces.

Tournament & Banquet Server

Bear Creek Golf Club | Dallas, Texas

Help us create a great experience for every guest—from the first welcome to the final toast. Bear Creek Golf Club is looking for friendly, dependable team members to support golf tournaments, banquets, and private events. This hands-on role includes food and beverage service, event setup and breakdown, and barback support as needed.

On the Job:

• Welcome guests, assist with seating, and provide friendly, attentive service throughout each event.
• Set up tables, chairs, linens, place settings, buffets, and service stations according to event requirements.
• Serve food and beverages, replenish buffets and beverage stations, and keep guest areas clean and organized.
• Stay attentive to guest needs, clear tables promptly, and communicate special requests or concerns to the event manager.
• Assist bartenders with stocking beverages, ice, glassware, and supplies; clearing used glassware; and keeping bar areas clean and ready for service.
• Work closely with the kitchen, bartenders, and event team to keep service organized and on schedule.
• Assist with event breakdown, cleaning, and returning equipment and supplies to designated storage areas.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service procedures.
• Take pride in the cleanliness and presentation of our pavilions, banquet spaces, and surrounding event areas.

• A willingness to learn; customer service, banquet, restaurant, or barback experience is a plus.
• Availability for event schedules that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work on your feet, carry service items, and assist with event setup in indoor and outdoor settings, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Willingness to complete required food safety and alcohol service training, as applicable.
