Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Communicate with crew and emergency personnel via radio, pagers, and phones about location and patient status.
• Perform daily vehicle checks, fuel monitoring, and maintain ambulance cleanliness and safety manuals.
• Complete logs, checklists, and reports related to activities and vehicle status; participate in shift debriefings.
• Ensure equipment is ready for mission; arrange repairs for malfunctioning equipment.
• Monitor road conditions and respond to changing conditions within the response area.
