The role emphasizes solving complex problems, collaborating with product partners, and delivering meaningful outcomes through small, iterative improvements.

Qualifications

• Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred in CS/engineering/math.
• 2+ years engineering experience, ideally full stack exposure.
• Experience with API or event-driven applications in a modern software language.
• Excellent planning, organizational and communication skills.
• Desire to learn new technology and grow.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and business partners to build high-quality, event-driven systems.
• Own features end to end from design through testing, deployment and maintenance.
• Solve complex problems to improve finance systems, scalability, and performance.
• Engage in pairing, mob programming, and design discussions to improve team outcomes.
• Use AI-assisted tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) to improve productivity and code quality.
