Job summary

Oak View Group (OVG) is seeking a Concessions Worker to prepare and serve concession items, pour beverages, and handle the register at our venues. You will ensure quality, maintain cleanliness, and support stock management, with a focus on guest service and safety.

This part-time role pays $16.00-$17.00 per hour and is tip eligible. Availability on nights, weekends and holidays is required; the position remains open through October 9, 2026; benefits include a 401(k) plan and matching.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Three or more months’ experience in the food service industry preferred.
• Previous Point-of-Sale experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills & a friendly, positive attitude with co-workers, managers, volunteers & guests.
• Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct the register sales by taking orders, building orders, and completing the transactions.
• Build orders, prepare food, and have knowledge of all areas in the concessions operations.
• Responsible for maintaining stock and supply levels and communicating low-stock items to the Concessions Stand Manager.
• Listening and responding to customer requests or concerns.
• Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including but not limited to disposal of garbage and cleaning dishes.
• Serve beverages to guests, including alcoholic beverages, responsibly. Must check guest’s ID in accordance with state/federal regulations to verify minimum age requirement for purchase of alcoholic beverages.
• Maintains sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas.
