Job summary

Delaware North at Progressive Field is seeking seasonal Site Coordinators to join our team in Cleveland, Ohio. As a Site Coordinator, you will manage administrative and onboarding tasks and support game-day operations.

This role offers hourly pay and a comprehensive benefits package, with weekly pay and flexible schedules. You will review concession worksheets, verify totals, collect reports, and help distribute folders for the next game day.

Qualifications

• Experience as a training administrator or similar role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• No high school diploma or GED required.

• Review worksheets from concession stands.
• Verify signatures, item totals, and amounts on the stand worksheet, collecting a tally of all stand worksheets, reports, and cashier reconciliation sheets.
• Retrieve data entry information from the stand folders.
• Assist with the distribution of folders and worksheets for the next game day.
