Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation guidelines.
2. Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet standards.
3. Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and equipment.
4. Follow all food safety and sanitation standards, including ServSafe guidelines.
5. Collaborate with team members for efficient operations and service.
6. Assist in setting up and breaking down stations before and after events.
7. Participate in training and development.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of culinary experience; stadium or event venue experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of food safety practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• ServSafe certification preferred.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, holidays.
