Job Summary

Position Summary: Primarily responsible for delivering exceptional beverage service and creating a welcoming, high-energy atmosphere for guests. Unlike standard restaurant service, this role focuses on engaging with guests, ensuring timely delivery of drinks, and enhancing the event-day experience.

Position Description:

+ Build rapport with guests in assigned section, providing a personalized and engaging experience. Offer recommendations from beverage menu, including specialty cocktails, premium options, and non-alcoholic selections.

+ Address guest needs and promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction throughout the event.

+ Take and serve drink orders accurately and efficiently, adhering to venue and company specific standards for presentation and quality.

+ Monitor guests’ consumption responsibly, complying with alcohol service laws and venue policies.

+ Assist in pre-event setup by organizing stations, arranging supplies, and reviewing assigned section for readiness.

+ Participate in post-event duties, including cleaning, inventory checks, and resetting for the next event.

+ Work closely with bartenders to ensure smooth service delivery.

+ Communicate any guest needs to supervisor.

+ Ensure tables in assigned section are well maintained and ready for next group.
