The Role

This position reports to the Office Manager and primarily involves assisting with event day duties as needed.

Essential Functions

• Assist employees with clocking in and out.
• Direct employees, temporary workers, and NPOs to their assigned locations.
• Launder, organize, and distribute uniforms.
• Collect uniforms at the end of the event.
• Set up and break down check-in areas, employee meals, and other designated areas.
• Ensure all associates follow safety protocols.
• Support additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

Candidates must be able to perform each essential duty at a high level. Requirements include:

• Ability to work long hours with constant standing, walking, and lifting.
• Remain calm under stressful situations.
• Maintain positive body language and provide excellent guest service.
• Work flexible hours, including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Listen effectively and follow supervisor instructions.
