Position Overview

LaneStaffing is seeking dependable and professional Event Crew members to support event operations at the Brooklyn Navy Yard. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands‑on work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.

You will play a key role in ensuring events run smoothly by assisting with setup, logistics, guest experience, and overall site readiness.

Schedule & Availability

• Thursday through Sunday availability required
• Evening and weekend shifts (primary)
• Seasonal work with increased hours during peak event periods

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with event setup and breakdown
• Move and arrange furniture, equipment, and materials
• Support vendor load‑in and load‑out
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of event spaces
• Assist with elevator operations and logistics flow
• Provide professional and friendly interaction with guests
• Support Event Captains and Operations Staff as needed
