Job summary

NASCAR's Talladega Superspeedway is seeking seasonal Credentials Assistants to help with credential and parking-pass processes for event days. You will support the credentialing team and help ensure smooth guest flow during major NASCAR weekends.

Responsibilities include filling out credential information, distributing credentials, and assisting with other duties as assigned by the Senior Manager of Credentials; candidates should be reliable, able to lift up to 10 pounds, and work on

TALLADEGA SUPERSPEEDWAY

TALLADEGA SUPERSPEEDWAY was created as a palace of speed in 1969 by NASCAR founder Bill France, Sr., who coined it “the Greatest Racetrack in the World.” At a mammoth 2.66-miles with 33 degrees of banking in the turns, it is NASCAR’s Most Competitive venue. The “Fun” track prides itself on being family friendly, especially with the introduction of the Talladega Garage Experience in 2019 where guests are immersed into motorsports like never before. The host of two major NASCAR weekends a year, the iconic ribbon of asphalt is easily accessible off I-20, located between Birmingham, Alabama, and Atlanta, Georgia.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in filling out information on credentials and parking passes.
• Assist with credential distribution.
• May require work on weekends.
• May assist with other duties assigned by the Senior Manager of Credentials.

The position calls for some night and weekend shifts in addition to regular daily working hours.

The position is seasonal/temporary only active during events throughout the year.
