Job summary

Crafted Moments Co NY is seeking an outgoing, creative Event + Creative Assistant to join weekend events around Queens/NYC. You’ll help set up art supplies, welcome guests, document with photos and videos, and assist with painting activities while building a fun, social atmosphere.

This role is ideal for someone who loves art, people and hosting experiences, with growth potential to learn hosting events. Local to Queens preferred.

• Creative and genuinely interested in art.
• Hands-on and willing to help wherever needed.
• Willing to learn with the opportunity to host events later.

Responsibilities

• Setting up art supplies, tables and event décor.
• Taking fun photos and videos during events.
• Capturing content for Instagram/TikTok.
• Welcoming guests and helping them throughout the experience.
• Assisting with painting and creative activities.
• Breaking down and cleaning up after events.
• Helping create a fun, social atmosphere.

WE'RE HIRING! - Event + Creative Assistant

Crafted Moments Co. is looking for an outgoing, creative, reliable person to join me at our events around Queens/NYC. This is perfect for someone who loves art, people, events, photography & social media and wants to learn more about hosting creative experiences.

• Setting up art supplies, tables & event décor.
• Taking fun photos and videos during events.

Must be local to Queens or nearby. Mostly weekend/event-based work. Paid per event. This isn't just an assistant position - I'd love to find someone who can grow with Crafted Moments Co. as we bring more creative experiences to NYC.
