Job summary

Seen Health, Inc. seeks an Event Coordinator to advance community presence in the San Gabriel Valley. This temp role supports the Outreach team, planning and executing events that introduce the Seen Health PACE program to seniors, caregivers, and referral partners.

Travel to different settings is routine, with in-center work at Seen Health in Alhambra, CA. You’ll work with the MOE team to maximize engagement and lead generation through events, handling setup, data entry, and brand-aligned

• Demonstrate professionalism and warmth with community partners and attendees

• Ensure timely documentation and compliance with privacy policies

About the Role

The Event Coordinator plays a vital role in Seen Health’s community presence and outreach efforts. As the on-the-ground support for the Outreach team, this individual helps plan, prepare, and execute community events that introduce the Seen Health PACE program to seniors, caregivers, and referral partners across the San Gabriel Valley. This role is focused entirely on outreach and event execution - representing the Seen Health brand in the community and ensuring every event runs smoothly, professionally, and on-brand.

The Event Coordinator is a member of the MOE (Marketing, Outreach & Enrollment) Team and works closely with Outreach Specialists to maximize community engagement and lead generation through events.

Responsibilities

Outreach & Event Responsibilities

• Represent Seen Health at community events coordinated by Outreach Specialists, including health fairs, mixers, and provider meetings.
• Support the setup, organization, and staffing of events to ensure a positive and engaging experience for all attendees.
• Collect prospective participant information during events and enter accurate data into the Orbit system, assigning leads to the appropriate Outreach Specialists in a timely manner.
• Educate seniors and referral partners about the PACE program and its benefits during community outreach efforts.
• Monitor inventory and prepare marketing materials and giveaways for events, ordering new supplies as necessary to ensure the team is always event-ready.
• Maintain a professional, warm, and approachable demeanor when interacting with the public, seniors, caregivers, and community partners at all outreach events.
• Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the MOE Playbook and apply its principles to all outreach and event activities.

General Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate completion of all required documentation.
• Maintain confidentiality of participant and company information in accordance with HIPAA and company policies.
• Actively participate in team meetings, quality improvement activities, and staff training.
• Keep supervisors informed of workload, priorities, and any issues arising from events or outreach activities.
• Adapt to changing business needs and take on additional responsibilities as assigned.

Regulatory Requirements :

Must not be on any exclusion or debarment from participation in Federal Health Care Programs at any time and must remain in good standing with government regulators such as the OIG, (Office of the Inspector General), SAM, (System for Award Management), CMS (Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services), etc.
