Job summary

Dave & Busters is seeking an on-site Event Coordinator to support the sales team in executing administrative tasks and finalizing event details in Lehigh Valley, PA. The role involves handling calls, preparing paperwork, and pursuing upsell opportunities after a sale is closed won.

You will work closely with the Sales Team, Operations, and Event Hosts to ensure accurate BEOs, updated contracts, and timely invoicing. Part-time schedule with focus on social events and pop-up parties.

Responsibilities

• Go above & beyond to ensure the needs of each Special Events Guest are met, communicating all requests from host to ensure all contracts are updated accordingly.
• Take RFP’s and calls for social events, converting them to closed “won” business.
• Conduct Site tours as needed.
• Ensure accurate and prompt distribution of all paperwork for “pop up parties” working through management team to ensure they are staffed to support.
• Provide administrative support to the Sales Department including follow up on calls/emails/tasks with Event Host after the sale is “closed won”, communicating to Operations any changes to BEOs or updated signed contracts.
• Follow up on AR’s, collect payment information, and close out any remaining balances.

Without this critical role, our efforts to provide “unreasonable hospitality” would be impossible. The Event Coordinator is responsible for supporting the sales department by way of completing administrative duties & confirmation calls to finalize event details.
