A leading AI development company in the United States is seeking detail-oriented individuals for remote opportunities in training AI chatbots. Responsibilities include developing prompts, writing high-quality responses, and evaluating AI outputs. The ideal candidates are fluent in English with excellent writing skills. With a flexible schedule, pay starts at $20+ per hour, increasing with performance. No prior AI experience is required, but candidates must be located in the US, UK, or Canada.

DataAnnotation is committed to creating quality AI. Join our team to help train AI chatbots while gaining the flexibility of remote work and choosing your own schedule.

We are looking for analytical, detail-oriented small business owners, freelancers, and independent contractors to join our team and teach AI chatbots. You will develop complex prompts to test AI models, write high-quality responses to demonstrate excellence, and evaluate different model outputs based on accuracy and style guidelines. This role is ideal for professionals who regularly manage business communications and are interested in how AI tools may be used in real-world work environments. No previous AI experience is required.

As part of the application process, you will be asked to complete an assessment. If you pass, you will gain access to projects. Based on the quality of your work, you will continue to receive projects regularly. We find our most successful candidates work between 5-40 hours per week.

Benefits

• Projects start at $20+ per hour, with a bonus rate of $28 per hour for high-quality work
• Projects are paid hourly starting at $30+ USD per hour, with bonuses on high-quality and high-volume work

Responsibilities

• Come up with diverse conversations over a range of topics
• Write high-quality answers when given specific prompts
• Compare the performance of different AI models
• Research and fact‑check AI responses
• Give AI chatbots writing and editing tasks and evaluate their outputs
• Evaluate the quality produced by AI models for correctness and performance

Qualifications

• Fluent in English
• Detail-oriented
• Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice
• Excellent writing and research skills
• Strong fact‑checking skills and ability to work independently
• A bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) – preferred but not required
• Experience managing small business communications and/or self‑employed
