A leading AI training company is seeking independent contractors to help train AI chatbots. This flexible, remote role allows you to create conversations, write responses, and evaluate AI outputs. Ideal candidates are fluent in English with excellent writing and research skills. This position offers project-based pay starting at $20+ hourly with bonuses, and requires applicants to be highly detail-oriented and capable of working independently.

DataAnnotation is committed to creating quality AI. Join our team to help train AI chatbots while gaining the flexibility of remote work and choosing your own schedule.

We are looking for analytical, detail-oriented small business owners, freelancers, and independent contractors to join our team and teach AI chatbots. You will develop complex prompts to test AI models, write high-quality responses to demonstrate excellence, and evaluate different model outputs based on accuracy and style guidelines. This role is ideal for professionals who regularly manage business communications and are interested in how AI tools may be used in real-world work environments. No previous AI experience is required.

As part of the application process, you will be asked to complete an assessment. If you pass, you will gain access to projects. Based on the quality of your work, you will continue to receive projects regularly. We find our most successful candidates work between 5-40 hours per week.

Benefits

• Projects start at $20+ per hour, with a bonus rate of $28 per hour for high-quality work
• Projects are paid hourly starting at $30+ USD per hour, with bonuses on high-quality and high-volume work

Responsibilities

• Evaluate the quality produced by AI models for correctness and performance

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree (completed or in progress)
• Experience managing small business communications and/or self-employed
• Excellent writing and research skills
• Strong fact-checking skills and ability to work independently
• Detail-oriented
• Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice
• A current, in progress, or completed Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required
