EZPro in Charlotte, NC is seeking an experienced Events Coordinator to lead and expand our event marketing in the Charlotte market and surrounding areas.

This role thrives in a fast-paced environment, where you will recruit, train, and coach Event Demonstrators, plan an annual calendar, and manage on-site execution to drive results and ROI.

Responsibilities

• Research, identify, and secure local events, trade shows, and community engagements.

• Develop and maintain a strategic annual event calendar.
• Recruit, hire, train, and coach Event Demonstrators.
• Schedule and manage event staff for coverage and performance.
• Coordinate booth setup, breakdown, and on-site execution.
• Generate leads and schedule free in-home consultation appointments.
• Collect and manage lead information and contest entries.
• Follow up with prospects to drive appointment conversions.
• Track, analyze, and report event performance metrics and ROI.

Compensation: $900–$1,200 per week (Base + Bonus Opportunities)
