Job summary

EZPro is seeking an Events Coordinator to lead and expand our event marketing efforts in Charlotte, NC and surrounding areas. This role focuses on researching local events, negotiating with vendors, and building a strategic calendar to drive leads and appointments.

The ideal candidate leads a team of Event Demonstrators, coordinates on-site execution, and analyzes performance to improve ROI. Weekend availability and physical event support are required.

Responsibilities

• Research, identify, and secure local events, trade shows, and community engagements.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and event organizers.
• Develop and maintain a strategic annual event calendar.
• Recruit, hire, train, and coach Event Demonstrators.
• Schedule and manage event staff to ensure optimal coverage and performance.
• Coordinate booth setup, breakdown, and on-site execution.
• Generate leads and schedule free in-home consultation appointments.
• Collect and manage lead information and contest entries.
• Follow up with prospects to drive appointment conversions.
• Track, analyze, and report event performance metrics and ROI.
