Job summary

EZPro is seeking an experienced Events Coordinator to lead and expand our event marketing efforts in Charlotte, NC and surrounding areas. This role thrives in a fast-paced environment, guiding teams, and driving results through on-site events and engagements.

The ideal candidate will plan and execute local events, negotiate with vendors, recruit and develop Event Demonstrators, and analyze ROI to optimize performance. Weekend availability is required for event coverage.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate contracts with vendors and event organizers.
• Develop and maintain a strategic annual event calendar.
• Recruit, hire, train, and coach Event Demonstrators.
• Schedule and manage event staff to ensure optimal coverage and performance.
• Coordinate booth setup, breakdown, and on-site execution.
• Generate leads and schedule free in-home consultation appointments.
• Collect and manage lead information and contest entries.
• Follow up with prospects to drive appointment conversions.
• Track, analyze, and report event performance metrics and ROI.
