**Responsibilities**
- Plan, organize, and coordinate all elements of events from concept through execution
- Manage timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery
- Conduct site visits and oversee venue setup and logistics
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with event objectives
- Prepare and manage detailed event documentation, reports, and post-event evaluations
- Monitor event performance and address any issues that arise in real-time
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and legal regulations during events
Qualifications
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in event planning, coordination, or related roles
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and event management tools
- Flexible schedule and ability to work evenings or weekends as needed
