IGL4US is seeking an organized, proactive Event Coordinator to join our team in College Station, TX. You will coordinate events from the early planning stages through successful execution, collaborating with internal teams, vendors, venues, and partners to ensure every detail is properly organized and each event runs smoothly.

  • Identify potential logistical issues and help develop practical solutions.
  • Provide professional support to attendees, vendors, guests, and business partners.
  • Ensure events maintain a professional presentation and reflect IGL4US standards.
  • Assist with post-event evaluations and identify opportunities to improve future events.
  • Handle multiple projects and priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail.
