Job summary

New London-Spicer School District 345 seeks a Concession Stand Supervisor(s) to manage, supervise, and coordinate all activities for the concession stand during home events. This role may be shared among more than one person.

Responsibilities include directing workers, managing cash, preparing food items, stocking inventory, and maintaining equipment. A valid driver's license is required for special duties.

Qualifications

• Requires basic arithmetic and ability to work with numbers.
• Ability to supervise students and parents at events in a respectful manner.
• Experience handling cash and making change accurately.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the concession stand for home events.
• Direct concession workers for home events.
• Monitor the cash box and product giveaways.
• Prepare popcorn and pizza.
• Sell concession items.
• Order and stock stand with products.
• Update inventory in Google Sheets.
• Stock the stand before events.
• Clean the concession stand after events.
• Inventory concessions after each event and restock coolers.
• Lock up after events.
• Enter inventory in Google Sheets.
• Process check requests for Letter Club products.
• Assist with securing/prepping stands for outside groups.
• Care for equipment and facilities used.
• Other duties as assigned.
