Legends Global at Mohegan Arena @ Casey Plaza is seeking a part-time Concession Supervisor to oversee concession stands during events. The role requires hands-on supervision, staff coordination, and ensuring quality service.

Experience in concessions or similar venues, strong customer-service orientation, and basic math skills are essential. The position includes flexible hours tied to event schedules and may involve cash handling and training responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Must have previous management or supervisory experience in concessions or similar facility serving large events.
• Strong organizational, planning, communication, and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
• Ability to meet tasks and goals while managing multiple duties with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Supervises concession operations and assists where needed before and on event day to ensure accurate staffing, production levels, quality control, and timely service.
• Oversees opening and closing of concession operations and reconciles inventory sheets and paperwork for all events.
• Handles cash sales and credit card transactions with accurate cash handling and ringing all sales into the register.
• Verifies subcontractor beginning inventory counts.
• Communicates stock needs to the warehouse and ensures proper transfer procedures during events.
• Maintains cleanliness of concession areas and proper operation of equipment including safety considerations.
• Assists in training concession staff and nonprofit groups; maintains uniforms.
• Interacts with staff and customers during events; performs other duties as assigned.
