Legends Global at Mohegan Arena is seeking a Concession Cashier to sell menu items at concession stands using a POS system. The role requires friendly customer service, cash handling, and basic food-prep knowledge. The job operates during events with flexible hours and a fast-paced environment.

You will take orders, process payments, verify IDs for alcohol, and help maintain clean workout areas. This part-time role offers varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Basic math ability to count inventory and handle money; HireRight background check.
• Knowledge of credit card operations and/or inventory management systems.
• Knowledge of basic food preparation and handling procedures.
• Ability to follow directions and perform required work.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Setup concession stand and assist with prep before events.
• Take food orders, assemble orders and cash out using POS.
• Handle credit card transactions with accurate cash handling.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service and upsell items.
• Assist with stand breakdown and cleanup after events.
• Check IDs for alcohol sales and refuse service to intoxicated patrons.
