CCMC is seeking enthusiastic individuals to assist with event planning in our vibrant community in South Jordan, Utah. Responsibilities include setting up events, ushering guests, and working closely with performers.

The ideal candidates should have a high school diploma, excellent communication skills, and be able to work outdoors in various conditions. We offer competitive pay in a part-time, flexible role with a dedicated service-oriented team.

• Fulfill artist hospitality rider requests.

What You’ll Accomplish

• Assisting with event set-up
• Ushering residents and guests
• Working with bands and sound crew
• Offering janitorial / security services
• Transporting performers to and from the airport or hotel as needed
• Moving heavy objects such as luggage, water coolers, music equipment, tables, tents, etc.
• Coordinating meet and greets and ensuring that artist hospitality rider requests are fulfilled

What We’re Looking For

• Self-sufficiency and reliability
• Ability to work outdoors in a variety of conditions, stand for long periods of time, and lift 40 pounds
• Flexibility to work Friday and Saturday evenings
• Current driver's license, liability insurance, and a clean driving record
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
