You will represent clients at live events, promotions, and face-to-face marketing experiences, interacting with consumers and helping build positive brand experiences. No prior marketing or event experience is required; all training is provided to help you succeed and grow

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Event Communications Assistant to join our growing event marketing team. This entry-level position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, communicating face-to-face, and being part of an energetic team environment.

No previous marketing or event experience is required. Paid training and hands-on coaching are provided to help you develop the communication, customer engagement, and marketing skills needed to succeed.

In this role, you will represent our clients at live events, promotional campaigns, retail activations, community events, and other face-to-face marketing experiences. You’ll interact directly with consumers, communicate key brand messages, and help create positive experiences that build customer awareness and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Represent client brands professionally at events and promotional campaigns
• Engage with customers and members of the public in a friendly and professional manner
• Communicate product, service, and promotional information clearly
• Answer customer questions and provide accurate information
• Help create engaging and memorable event experiencesAssist with event setup, organization, and breakdown
