Job summary

The Anaheim Convention Center (ACC) in Anaheim, CA, is seeking part-time Cleaner/Setup Workers to perform cleaning, setup, teardown and basic maintenance for events.

Under moderate supervision, responsibilities include restroom cleaning, setting up rooms, arranging chairs and stages, operating cleaning equipment, and ensuring safety. No prior experience required; 18+ and flexible to work evenings and weekends; average 20 hours weekly, with no minimum guaranteed.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform manual work and stand for extended periods.
• Good verbal communication and ability to read/write at required level.
• Willingness to interact with the public in a professional manner.
• Ability to follow procedures for handling chemicals and equipment.
• Maintain safe work practices and report safety concerns.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain restrooms, ensuring sanitation and stocking.
• Set up meeting rooms, exhibition halls, arenas, lobbies and related areas.
• Set up/tear down tables, chairs, stages and movable walls for events.
• Provide basic maintenance and remove rubbish from spaces.
• Clean windows, doors, floors, and interior/exterior surfaces as required.
• Operate cleaning equipment and light machinery when needed.
• Request supplies and report safety concerns to supervision.
