Job summary

Marathon Staffing Group seeks dependable individuals to support facility cleaning operations during large‑scale events at a busy events center. Responsibilities include cleaning restrooms, sweeping, mopping, sanitizing, and maintaining high-traffic areas to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for attendees.

Shifts are scheduled around home games and event days with flexibility; evenings, weekends, and variable hours are required.

Qualifications

• Janitorial or custodial experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting, and bending.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Dependable, punctual, and professional.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain restrooms, including restocking supplies.
• Perform general facility cleaning such as sweeping, mopping, sanitizing, and trash removal.
• Maintain cleanliness in common areas, seating sections, and high-traffic zones.
• Respond promptly to spills or urgent cleaning needs during events and follow sanitation, safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Work collaboratively with a team in a fast-paced event environment.
