Waukesha County is seeking an Expo Center Aide to join our team and help deliver outstanding experiences at events. The role requires assisting with setup, operations, and customer service while maintaining facilities and grounds.

The position emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and the ability to work a flexible schedule; candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and thrive in a dynamic outdoor environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 16+ years old.
• 8th grade education.
• Valid driver's license.
• Flexible schedule as required by Supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Set up events by arranging tables, chairs, podiums, sound systems, and other items.
• Represent Exposition Center to lessees and attendees; ensure proper operation and address questions or concerns.
• Perform maintenance and upkeep of grounds and clean public areas.
• Open, close, or lock facilities per event schedules and security requirements.
• Restock supplies and report problems or suggestions to Supervisor.
