Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment seeks a part-time CCTV Operator to act as the communications point for emergency and non-emergency calls during concerts. The candidate must remain calm under pressure, multi-task, and transmit information accurately and promptly to appropriate teams.

Responsibilities include logging incidents, monitoring CCTV during all event phases, coordinating with venue management, and supporting security, medical, and police responses. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role preferred.
• Strong strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience with CCTV software is strongly preferred.
• Acute sense of judgment, tact and diplomacy.
• A strong sense of teamwork and ability to execute programs.
• Ability to use standard office equipment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Work with GM and Operations Manager to ensure policy compliance and regulatory adherence.
• Coordinate with venue management on issues requiring medical, security, or police attention.
• Log incident reports via OnTrack with detailed information.
• Log all two-way radio communications for security, medical, and police.
• Monitor CCTV during events to ensure safety of all on-site participants.
• Maintain a log of incidents for each event.
• Investigate and resolve CCTV-related complaints.
• Inform department heads of deployment changes as needed.
• Observe visitors and staff via CCTV to preserve order and property.
• Communicate pertinent information at pre-show staff meetings.
• Collaborate across departments to support operations.
• Receive and record emergency and non-emergency calls.
• Address problems by transmitting information to proper departments.
• Prioritize radio calls by urgency and importance.
• Dispatch crews via radio to appropriate locations.
