Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Catering Services Worker for the Univ. of Central Arkansas in Conway, AR. This role supports the event operations team by setting up catering orders, serving guests, and ensuring cleanliness throughout events.

Ideal candidates will have prior customer service and catering experience. Responsibilities include transporting equipment, maintaining food service areas, and providing excellent customer service during events.

The position requires flexibility to work event-based hours and adherence to a dress code.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Previous catering experience preferred.
• Demonstrate the ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Must follow the required dress code as assigned.
• Must be available to work event-based hours.
• Must be able to complete Food Handling and Alcohol Service training as required.

Responsibilities

• Set up catering and event service according to client/customer requests.
• Transport and deliver catering food and beverage with all supplies.
• Set up event equipment as requested in banquet event order.
• Replenish food and beverage products during events.
• Maintain appearance and cleanliness of service areas during events.
• Pick up and clean up food and beverage deliveries after service.
• Break down and clean area after events.
• Provide excellent customer service to all guests.
• Follow safety policies and procedures.
