Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Catering Attendant at the University of Michigan-Ross School of Business in Ann Arbor, MI. You will support event operations, assist with setup, transport equipment and food, serve guests, and help with breakdown and cleanup after events.

Responsibilities include managing event setups per banquet orders, delivering food and beverages, maintaining clean service areas, and delivering excellent guest service while following safety policies.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred
• Catering experience preferred
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision
• Must follow dress code and be available for event-based hours
• Food Handling and Alcohol Service training may be required

Responsibilities

• Set up catering and event service per client requests and banquet orders
• Transport and deliver food, beverages, and supplies
• Arrange chairs, tables, buffet lines and other event equipment
• Replenish food and beverage during events
• Maintain cleanliness of service areas during events
• Assist with delivery pickups and post-event cleanup
• Return equipment to storage after events and provide excellent guest service
• Follow safety policies and procedures
