Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Catering Services Worker to support event operations at our Tempe location. You will set up catering and banquet service, transport equipment and food, serve guests, and help with breakdown and cleanup.

The role emphasizes high service standards, safety, and the ability to work independently during event-based hours; prior catering or customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Catering experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Must follow the required dress code as assigned.
• Food handling and Alcohol service certifications may be required.

Responsibilities

• Set up catering and event service according to client requests and banquet event orders.
• Transport and deliver catering food and beverage with all supplies and equipment.
• Set up chairs, tables, buffet lines and other event equipment as requested.
• Replenish food and beverage products during events.
• Maintain appearance and cleanliness of service areas during events.
• Pickup and clean up deliveries after service.
• Break down and clean area after events and return equipment to storage.
• Provide excellent customer service to all guests.
• Follow safety policies and procedures.
