Aramark NCCU is seeking a Catering Services Worker to support event operations at North Carolina Central University in Durham. You will help run catering orders, assist with setup, transport equipment, serve guests, and break down after events, ensuring a smooth experience for clients and attendees.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Previous catering experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Compliance with required dress code.
• Availability to work event-based hours.
• Able to complete Food Handling and Alcohol Service training as required.

Responsibilities

• Set up catering and event service according to client requests and banquet event orders.
• Transport and deliver catering food and beverages with supplies and equipment.
• Arrange chairs, tables, buffet lines and other event equipment as requested.
• Replenish food and beverage during events.
• Maintain appearance and cleanliness of service areas during events.
• Pickup and clean up deliveries after service.
• Break down and return equipment after events.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests.
• Follow safety policies and procedures.
