Qualifications

• RBS certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Experience in food service, catering, or banquet environments preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Set up tables, chairs, linens, and catering equipment per event specs.
• Ensure all service areas are clean, organized, and presentation-ready.
• Provide attentive and professional food and beverage service to guests.
• Execute buffet, server-attended buffet, tray-passed hors d’oeuvres, stations, and plated service.
• Prepare, maintain, and replenish buffet and beverage stations as needed.
• Monitor tables, anticipate needs, and clear dishes efficiently.
• Assist with event breakdown, including cleaning and packing.
• Maintain a polished appearance and professional demeanor.
• Collaborate with team and follow direction from Event Managers.
• Perform additional duties to support successful event execution.
