Responsibilities

• Set up and arrange tables, chairs, linens, and catering equipment according to event specifications.
• Ensure service areas are clean, organized, and presentation-ready at all times.
• Provide attentive and professional food and beverage service to guests throughout events.
• Execute multiple service types, including buffet, plated, and hors d'oeuvres.
• Prepare, maintain, and replenish buffet and beverage stations as needed.
• Monitor guest tables, anticipate needs, and clear dishes efficiently.
• Assist with event breakdown, cleaning, packing, and venue restoration.
