Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ years’ experience as a server in a fine dining, large-scale dining facility, or similar field preferred.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and long hours.

Responsibilities

• Meet the company standard for excellence in guest service and interaction with co-workers and uniform standards.
• Read and comprehend Banquet Event Orders when servicing a guest event for setting up events with proper linen, dishware, glassware, and flatware & executing service on the contracted event menu & timeline.
• Responsible for serving meals to guests or replenishing food for buffet service.
• Serve beverages to guests, including alcoholic beverages.
• Check the guest's ID to verify minimum age for alcohol purchases.
• Respond to customer requests or concerns.
• Replenish condiments and napkins as needed.
• Replace tableware and linens during events or room turnover.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Uphold sanitation, health, and safety standards.
