Job summary

Paycom is seeking reliable Back of House Catering Staff to support kitchen operations during weddings, formal dinners, and events in McCall, Idaho. You will assist with food prep, plating, and keeping prep stations organized to ensure meals are prepared efficiently and presented to a high standard.

This part-time seasonal, on-call role offers opportunities to cross-train and take on additional Food & Beverage shifts.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen, catering, banquet, or restaurant back-of-house experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively with kitchen and event staff.
• Strong work ethic and ability to perform tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to food quality, cleanliness, and organization.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation and basic kitchen tasks according to recipes and event menus.
• Support chefs and kitchen leads with plating and assembling dishes for banquet and catering service.
• Maintain organized and stocked prep stations throughout events and service periods.
• Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food during events.
• Help with loading, transporting, and organizing food, supplies, and equipment for catering events.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, prep areas, equipment, and dishwashing stations.
• Assist with event breakdown, including cleaning kitchen areas, storing equipment, and properly handling leftover food.
• Support overall kitchen operations to ensure events run smoothly and efficiently.
