Job summary

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of catering experience is required.
• Valid driver’s license may be required and/ or food handler permit where required by state law.
• Ability to deliver friendly, courteous service and work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assembles and delivers food and supplies for catered functions to scheduled locations.
• Logs and maintains food temperatures and ensures proper handling.
• Sets up tables and decorations; arranges buffet tables with items per standards.
• Serves food and beverages to guests and maintains a clean work area.
• Breaks down setup and returns leftover food and equipment to the facility.
• Performs post-event cleaning and returns equipment to storage.
