We are seeking passionate and experienced Event Captains to join our distinguished team!

Position Overview:

As an Event Captain at Très L.A., you will embody elegance and sophistication, overseeing luxurious events and ensuring impeccable service for high-end clientele. You will manage staff, operations, and guest experiences, ensuring every event runs smoothly and exceeds expectations.

Responsibilities:
  1. Guest Relations: Welcome and assist guests upon arrival, ensuring seamless seating arrangements and exceptional service.
  2. Event Planning: Collaborate with managers and organizers to plan event layouts and logistics.
  3. Staff Management: Schedule and manage staff shifts, provide training on customer service and etiquette, and supervise staff performance during events.
  4. Event Coordination: Oversee event setup, coordinate food and beverage service, and maintain communication between kitchen and service staff.
  5. Inventory Management: Monitor and manage supplies, equipment, and furniture to ensure readiness.
  6. Guest Services: Address guest requests, questions, and complaints professionally.
  7. Venue Maintenance: Ensure venue and facilities are clean and meet safety regulations.
  8. Compliance: Follow safety regulations and client requirements outlined in BEOs.
  9. Training: Train front-of-house staff to uphold Très L.A.'s high standards.
