Job summary

Fireside Catering LLC at the Crane Estate in Massachusetts is seeking an entry-level Event Busser to learn the essentials of event catering. You will join a lively, energetic team at some of the most beautiful venues in Massachusetts, gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.

Training is provided with no prior experience required. This role offers flexible scheduling, gratuity-based pay, an employee dining discount, and growth opportunities within the Webber Restaurant Group

Qualifications

Event Bussers must be over 15 years of age.
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
Ability to multitask and take direction.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Strong communication skills.
Must be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

Event Bussers help load and unload the catering truck.
Set up all tables, chairs and required event needs as directed by supervisor.
Welcome and direct guest in a hospitable and knowledgeable manner.
Maintain bussing station and assist service team with clearing of all table wares.
Assist culinary team with food service as needed.
