Job summary

Renewal by Andersen is seeking outgoing Brand Ambassadors to represent our premium window and door replacement company at events like art festivals, farmers markets, and home shows. You will set up displays, engage attendees, educate on product benefits, and book consultations, while upholding our values of integrity and customer-first service.

Earn $25–$40 per hour with base pay and weekly performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Requires 1–2 years of customer service experience; prior event experience is a plus.
• Ability to set up, run, and break down events; lift up to 50 pounds; stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down event displays at home shows, concerts, and farmers markets.
• Engage with attendees and book appointments with design consultants.
• Educate consumers on product features and benefits in a friendly, no-pressure environment.
• Learn and confidently communicate brand messaging and product knowledge.
