AEG Presents in Denver is seeking a Box Office Attendant to help guests select the best event tickets, process orders and collect payments. The role requires a high level of customer service and accurate handling of cash in a fast-paced setting.
The position is part-time with potential benefits; you will greet customers, answer questions, provide event information, and upsell related shows while working closely with a team to maintain a welcoming venue environment.

The Box Office Attendant is responsible for communicating information regarding the location, event, seating options, price structures, and other details to help guests select the best event ticket option. The incumbent will process ticket orders and collects payments.
Pay Scale: $20.00 - $21.00
Bonus: This position is not eligible for a bonus under the current bonus plan requirements.
