Job summary

Love and Loyalty Home Care LLC is urgently seeking two experienced bartenders for a Saturday festival in Dutton, Virginia. You will help keep the bar moving, greet guests, and deliver professional service during busy periods. Requires 21+ and reliable, with festival/beverage service experience.

Qualifications

21 years of age or older.
Experience in bartending or beverage service.
Able to work in a busy festival or event environment.
Friendly, confident, and professional with guests.
Dependable and punctual.

Responsibilities

Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
Taking drink orders and providing friendly, professional service.
Checking identification and following responsible alcohol-service practices.
Processing payments accurately when required.
Keeping the bar clean, organized, and properly stocked.
Monitoring supplies and communicating with the event lead when additional items are needed.
Handling busy periods efficiently while maintaining quality and professionalism.
Communicating clearly with guests and fellow event staff.
Helping maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming service area throughout the event.
