Job summary

Events by Olive + Oak, the private dining arm of O+O Hospitality Group, seeks friendly bartenders to join our Events team in Webster Groves. The role supports a variety of private events with a restaurant touch, requiring adaptability to changing menus and unique beverage requests from hosts and guests.

Daytime and nighttime shifts are available, with a strong weekend preference and accommodation for student schedules.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high-quality beverage service at events
• Ability to adapt to changing menus and beverages
• Professionalism, flexibility, and a positive attitude

Responsibilities

• Arrive on time to complete bar prep tasks
• Review BEOs and attend line-up meetings for event execution
• Provide exceptional hospitality and attentive beverage service
• Know event beverage menus, cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options
• Prepare cocktails and pour beverages accurately during service
• Communicate inventory needs and guest requests to Event Management
• Maintain a clean, guest-ready bar throughout service
• Assist team members to ensure smooth event execution
• Follow responsible alcohol service standards and company policies
• Perform light side-work and bar cleanup after service
