Job summary

Olive + Oak in Webster Groves is hiring Bussers / Server Support team members to join our front-of-house. This is a flexible part-time role—great for students or those starting in hospitality—with on-the-job training provided.

As a Busser / Server Support, you’ll clear and reset tables, run food, keep water filled, restock stations, and help maintain a clean dining area while supporting teams during busy periods.

No extensive restaurant experience is required. We are looking for dependable, hardworking people who enjoy being part of a busy team.

What You’ll Do

As a Busser / Server Support team member, you will help keep service moving smoothly by:

• Clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables
• Running food and assisting servers throughout service
• Keeping water glasses filled and helping with basic guest needs
• Restocking service stations and supplies
• Maintaining clean and organized dining and service areas
• Helping the team turn tables efficiently during busy periods
• Jumping in wherever needed to support great guest experiences
