Qualifications

• Previous experience as a bartender preferred.
• Knowledge of bartending principals and recipes; current trends.
• Able to obtain alcohol service certifications as required.
• Demonstrates excellent guest service and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrates organizational and multi-tasking skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Requires occasional lifting up to 25 lb.
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests and takes orders, processes cash and credit card transactions.
• Mixes and serves both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Follows alcohol service policies and checks IDs to verify age.
• Adheres to cash handling policies.
• Sets up and breaks down workstations; cleans and sanitizes.
• Takes inventory counts and ensures products are stocked.
• Provides excellent guest service and anticipates guest needs.
• Maintains a positive demeanor with guests and coworkers.
• Ensures security of company assets.
• Performs other duties as assigned by manager.
