Job summary

SSA Group, LLC is seeking an experienced bartender to deliver warm, welcoming, and memorable experiences at Columbus Zoo & Aquarium events in Powell, Ohio. Responsibilities include maintaining quality and inventory, serving drinks responsibly, handling setup and teardown, and providing excellent guest service.

The role requires flexible hours, ability to stand for long periods, and a professional appearance in a fast-paced event environment.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to articulate to our client, General Manager and HQ personnel.
• Excelled problem solving/decision making skills and the ability to be organized.
• Ability to remain flexible in a fast-paced environment and operate all equipment necessary to perform job duties.

Responsibilities

• Live out 452 Hospitality by delivering warm, welcoming, and memorable experiences for every guest and client.
• Oversee quality, product levels and inventory of product.
• Fulfill guest’s needs quickly and efficiently and resolve complaints effectively.
• Meet expectations of proper setup, execution, breakdown, and cleanup of their bar during each event.
• Execute duties for overall productivity of banquet events as assigned.
• Maintain a friendly and approachable attitude towards the client, guests, and staff.
• Communicate clearly and openly with leaders for overall success.
