Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve alcoholic drinks following standard recipes and policies.
• Complete opening/closing inventory of products.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and sanitation.
• Display bottles attractively behind the bar.
• Check guest IDs to verify age requirements for alcohol.
• Process payments and reconcile funds at end of event.
• Identify intoxicated guests and cut off service when necessary.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
