Job summary

Pearl Catering is seeking experienced bartenders to join our events team in the Portland area. You will work at weddings, galas, corporate events, and private parties, delivering polished service and memorable guest experiences.

Ideal candidates are reliable, self-motivated, and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Valid OLCC permit or ability to obtain is required, with transportation to venues across Portland metro and surrounding cities.

Qualifications

• Experienced behind the bar in restaurants, catering, or events.
• Friendly, energetic, and passionate about hospitality.
• Professionally groomed with a polished appearance.
• Comfortable working upscale weddings, corporate functions, and private events.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Able to stay calm and organized during busy events.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down mobile bar stations using company equipment.
• Transport to venues throughout Portland and surrounding areas.
• Provide warm, engaging, and professional service to every guest.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient bar during each event.
• Work independently while collaborating with the event team.
• Follow OLCC regulations and company service standards.
• Represent Pearl Catering with professionalism from arrival to last guest served.
