• Arrive on time to work with neat and clean appearance
• Greet guests with a smile. Carry on appropriate conversations with guests while continuing to do other duties
• Maintain cleanliness of bar areas including decks and patios
• Understand basic knowledge of state laws and regulations regarding beer, wine, and liquor
• Responsible for carding anyone who appears under 30 years of age
• Responsible for cutting off alcohol to anyone who becomes intoxicated
• Help keep bar stocked
• Contribute to team effort by participating in job sharing, assuming responsibility for the cleanliness of the resort and safety of guests and employees; accepting diverse assignments; maintaining a positive and friendly attitude and demeanor in all internal and external interactions
• Implement elements of the operation plan that apply to the bar as per the manager’s instructions
